Returns & Exchanges
At CAPICHE CAPS, we want you to wear your headwear with confidence; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned caps must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and shipped back in a protective box to maintain their shape.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the cap in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all original stickers and tags remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
