How do I know which cap size to order?
Most of our caps feature an adjustable snapback or strap closure designed to fit most head sizes (55cm to 61cm). For fitted styles, please refer to our detailed Size Guide located on the product page.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3-5 days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
How should I clean and maintain my CAPICHE cap?
To preserve the shape and fabric quality, we recommend hand washing with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can damage the brim and internal structure.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and shipped back in a protective box to prevent crushing.
